Devizes Outdoor Celebratory Arts (DOCA) is a community-based charity that organises free outdoor arts events throughout the year in Devizes, Wiltshire. Its programme includes the annual Carnival, International Street Festival, Lantern Parade, Confetti Battle, Colour Rush, Picnic in the Park, and a Winter Festival. These events feature street theatre, circus, music, visual arts, craft markets, and participatory workshops. DOCA works with schools, community groups, families, and volunteers to promote creativity and inclusion. Established in 2008 and registered as a charity in 2014, the organisation is supported by a small team, volunteers, grants, and donations.
