Summer Holiday Workshops - REME Museum

This summer, the REME Museum is hosting a series of hands-on workshops perfect for curious and creative kids. The Rocket Powered drop-in sessions let children design and launch their own bottle rockets or air-powered cars, using real engineering principles in a fun, accessible way. For budding builders, the LEGO® Engineering sessions (pre-bookable) offer the chance to construct working LEGO vehicles in small, supervised groups—ideal for ages 7 and up. Meanwhile, the Arts Award sessions (also pre-bookable) invite families to explore art around the museum while working towards a nationally recognised certificate. With workshops running throughout August, there’s something for every young innovator and artist.
