Pay What You Can Day – May Half Term at American Museum & Gardens takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, 25 May offering a full day of family activities with donation-based entry.
Visitors can enjoy:
Craft & Build creative sessions in the Stables
The interactive “America 250” family trail with Charlie Chipmunk
The colourful Kith & Kin: The Quilts of Gee’s Bend exhibition with fuzzy felt activities
Woodland walks and outdoor exploration
Climb-and-slide play in the Children’s Garden
Instead of standard admission prices, guests can donate whatever they feel they can afford, helping support the museum’s work as an independent charity. The event runs from 10am–5pm and is designed to make the museum more accessible for families during half term.
