Join our qualified teachers for fun and interactive lessons and have quality time to bond with baby in the warmth of our hydro pools water.

You can also join us for aqua-natal classes during and after your pregnancy! Including gentle exercises increase strength and general fitness, followed by a relaxing float in our warm hydro water. You'll also be able to connect with other mums-to-be and be a part of a supportive and friendly network.
