Calm Mornings on Wednesdays

Next dates

Sorry, there are no future dates available

Every Wednesday this summer, the Museum invites visitors to start their day with a moment of calm. Opening an hour early, these Calm Morning sessions offer a peaceful environment for slow looking—a mindful way to connect more deeply with individual artworks using guided prompts. Enjoy a soothing cup of chrysanthemum or jasmine tea as you take your time with a chosen piece. Afterwards, explore the rest of the Museum and the current exhibition, In Bloom, and notice how this mindful approach might change the way you see art throughout your visit.
