Carnival returns to the city centre bringing the community together for a special celebration of carnival cultures, diversity and local talent.

Set to the unmistakable backdrop of Bath the procession has grown to be one of the most unique and spectacular events in the UK's carnival calendar. And the awe inspiring spectacle of drummers, dancers, soundsystems and giant puppets will be transforming our streets once again this July!

Meanwhile Sydney Gardens plays host to another stellar lineup of genre spanning live music, carefully curated local food and drink and children's entertainment organised by our dear friends SuperPirates.

This is an entirely FREE event designed to be accessible and inclusive for all. In the months leading up to the big day our team of artists are working in schools, with local charities and community groups preparing them to showcase their creative talents.
