Archaeology Adventures at The Roman Baths is an interactive half-term activity designed for children aged 6–12, where young visitors can experience what it is like to be a real archaeologist.
Participants dig for replica Roman artefacts in a special excavation trench and learn how archaeologists discover, identify, record and reconstruct objects from the past.
Running as a special add-on experience during school holidays, the sessions combine hands-on learning with exploration of the historic Roman Baths site, giving families an engaging way to discover Roman Britain through practical activities and imaginative play.
