VIP Animal Encounters

Our VIP Animal Encounters are a great way for you to get up close and learn about your favourite animal with a ranger led, interactive 45* minute experience. You will be able to meet and feed your choice of our animal inside their enclosures and where possible take them for a walk around the farm.

Simply choose your favourite animal and up to 5 people who you would like to bring with you.

Perfect for families or if you’re looking to book a small Birthday party.

You can also gift them! Buy a gift voucher and the lucky recipient can book when it suits them.

What animals?

Foxes – Meet and Feed Felix & Rusty.

Meerkats – Meet and Feed.

Owls – Handling and Feeding.

Alpaca – Walking and Feeding.

Small Animals – Cuddles and Feeding.

Pigs – Meet and Feed.

Cost

Our Encounters cost £60.00 per session, which can have up to 6 attendees.

Group size

Up to 6 people. The cost of the experience is per group and not per person and must include 1 supervising adult.

Please note that you MUST conform to the COVID-19 Government Guidelines at the time of your visit.

Timings

The experiences start at 10 am, 11.30 am, 2 pm & 3.30 pm daily.

*Please note that there will be a 15-minute welcome and H&S brief before you move to the animal tour, so please allow 60 minutes for this experience.

VIP Animal Encounter tickets do not include day entry to the park. These experiences run all year round including days the park is not open to the public. If you wish to spend a day at the park alongside your experience you will need to purchase day entry tickets separately.

Exclusive Play Barn Hire

Up to 50 People

Book our Play Barn for 1 hour 30 minutes play + 30 minutes in the Safari tent to enjoy your party food and cake.

Suitable for all ages even if your not celebrating a Birthday but just looking to get together with friends!

What have you done to make this COVID SAFE?

  • Ventilation has been doubled to bring in more clean air.
  • Play Barn & equipment deep cleaned after every use.
  • Ball Pits, Cannon Arena, and Blue Ball Pit Slide areas are currently not in use.
  • Guest track and trace in place.
  • Masks are to be worn by all aged over 12 years old. (We will provide these if required).

What is included in my party?

  • A 2-hour session with: 1½ hour play slot in the indoor play barn & 30 min session in the Safari tent to enjoy your own food and cake. Party food and cake is not included.

What do I need to bring?

  • Party food and snacks as you require.
  • Birthday cake, candles and matches.
  • Any decorations that you would like to decorate the party area with. This must be put up and taken down within the 2 hour hire.
  • Party Bags if you wish.

Our playbarn is fun for all ages but it does have some big equipment that requires adult supervision at all times or if children need escorting to the toilets. Within your 50 guest limit we require a minimum number of adults present within your party for under 16’s

1-19 children require at least 2 supervising adults.

20 – 45 children require at least 4 supervising adults.

Should you require additional guests up to 100, please ensure you have purchased the additional bolt on extra which will notify us and ensure additional staffing for your hire.
